The Club wanted to develop opportunities to improve the mental health and wellbeing of families in this rural, isolated area and gain support and assistance through the Elevate programme to achieve this. They engaged with the local community, undertook Elevate training and then set up activities around restoration of old machinery. They also developed a much-needed counselling service for farmers and their families in the local area.
