In their Elevate project, An Tobar gained support to work on a Strategic Plan and develop their approach to addressing health inequalities in their rural community. The group wanted to improve their outcome measurement skills and work with a focus group of local people to gather further insight into the issues that health inequalities bring to their everyday lives.
