About Elevate

Elevate is a new Programme of support for the community, voluntary and public sectors. It provides opportunities for the development of skills, knowledge and expertise in community development as a way to tackle health inequalities. The funding for Elevate is provided by the Public Health Agency through the Transformation work stream.

Whether you are an interested individual, a volunteer, paid worker or policy maker, Elevate will provide you with evidence informed information, practical skills development, training and networking opportunities.

We will work with communities to support them to develop their strengths and use their assets to tackle the determinants of health and social wellbeing.
