The Elevate Community Mentoring & Grants Programme funded by the Public Health Agency is now open. We are holding four online information sessions where you can come along and find out about the Programme and how you can apply. The Elevate Community Mentoring and Grants Programme is for groups who want to use community development approaches to tackle health inequalities experienced by the a community or group they support.
