About the Event
We are delighted to launch the Elevate Mentoring & Grants Programme for this year which incorporates one to one support from a mentor organisation, group networking sessions and a grant of up to £5,000 to implement a community based project.
We invite all community and voluntary sector groups to apply for the programme which provides a unique opportunity for community organisations to put their collective learning on health inequalities into practice in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Application Forms and Guidance Notes will be available to download on the Elevate portal week commencing 5 July.
Come along to one of our information sessions where our Elevate team will be on hand to outline the programme and offer guidance.
