Dungannon Multiple Sclerosis Society

Dungannon MS Society Support Group helps and supports people affected by Multiple Sclerosis, their carers and families who might otherwise feel excluded because of their disability, ongoing medical conditions and physical limitations. The group is led by its members and carers. They provide and arrange various therapeutic services, providing facilities with the object of advancing education and improving the conditions of life among the members.

Mentor: Bolster

With support from the Elevate programme, they developed a carers’ support forum to bring together voices of those isolated due to caring responsibilities, loss of income, poor mental health and ensure that these voices are listened to in local planning and partnerships.
