Through support from the Elevate programme, the Youth Club developed opportunities for young people in the local community that will improve self-care approaches in partnership with other services and reduce health inequalities. They developed volunteering skills within their organisation and produced relevant information resources and activities. With guidance from the mentor organisation, they also developed a strategic plan for the Youth Club & Community Centre.
