The Elevate programme enabled them to complete a covered reception area for the allotments which enabled beneficiaries to use the allotment area all year round and to share their experiences with visitors from across Northern Ireland. The aim was to tackle isolation and poor mental health through outdoor horticulture and gardening activity.
